'as far as I can tell', 'the way (that) I see it'은 '(내가 가지고 있는 정보 안에서 판단하여) 내가 보기에는'이라는 뜻으로 'so far as I could tell'도 같은 의미를 갖는다.

'as / so far as I can tell / remember / see = 내가 판단하기로는/기억하기로는/보기로는'처럼 활용 가능하다.
